Why these are pages and not PDFs behind a form
A page prints properly from any browser, reads on a phone, can be searched, and can be linked to. A gated PDF does none of those things, and it buys an email address with something we were going to publish anyway. If a question on one of these lists is worth asking now rather than in the room, our doctors answer questions sent through the site.
