Privacy policy
This site collects as little as it can. There is no third-party analytics, no advertising network and no tracking pixel on any page. The one place personal information is collected is the enquiry form, and this page says exactly what happens to what you type into it.
The pages themselves collect nothing
Every page on this site is a static file. Reading one sends us nothing beyond the request your browser has to make to fetch it, and there is no analytics script, no advertising network, no tracking pixel and no session to identify you by. The single exception is the enquiry form, which is described in the next section.
This site writes nothing to your browser storage. There is no key to inspect and nothing to clear.
The enquiry form
The enquiry form is the one place this site collects personal information. It asks for a name, an email address, your question, and optionally your country. It names the surgeon your message will reach, on the form, before you send it.
- Recipient: one named surgeon, stated on the form. Your message is never sent to several clinics.
- Purpose: to answer your question. Nothing else.
- Health information: please do not include your medical history. We do not need it, we do not want it, and a question can be answered without it.
- Photographs: the form does not accept them and never will. This site treats nobody, so it has no basis for holding a photograph of your face.
- Retention: enquiries are kept while the question is being answered and then deleted.
- Marketing: separate, optional, unticked, and never a condition of a reply.
A cross-border transfer, stated plainly
Your message reaches a surgeon in Turkiye. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, that is a transfer to a country without a UK or EU adequacy decision. You should know that before you press send, and it is the reason we ask for as little as possible.
Analytics and tracking
There is no third-party analytics on this site, no advertising network, no social tracking pixel, no session recorder and no fingerprinting. We measure using server logs, which record the page requested and a truncated address, and nothing that follows a person between sites.
This is not a boast about being minimal; it is what a site about a medical procedure should do, because the pages someone reads here are themselves sensitive.
Your rights, and how to use them
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and object to us holding it. Email akya.karahan@flymedi.com and we will act within thirty days.
If you sent an enquiry and want it deleted, say so and it will be deleted, including from the mailbox it reached.
